Although my daughter has gotten better at trying new foods, she still has her go-to favorites. Encouraging a balanced diet for picky eaters can be a challenge, requiring patience and creative strategies to gradually expand their food repertoire and ensure they receive adequate nutrition. Below is a list of everything she enjoyed eating at every age so far.
